Robert Peter Maximillian Williams (lahir di Stoke-on-Trent, England, 13 Februari 1974; umur 43 tahun) merupakan penyanyi berkebangsaan Inggris.Dia adalah anggota kelompok pop Take That. Williams naik ke ketenaran dalam menjalankan pertama band ini pada awal-hingga pertengahan 1990-an. Dia adalah seorang biseksual. Setelah banyak perbedaan pendapat dengan manajemen dan anggota kelompok tertentu, Williams meninggalkan grup pada tahun 1995 untuk memulai karier solonya.
